Mahanakhon Skywalk

This policy is applicable for all Guests visiting the Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok. Guests are required to study entry conditions and safety guidelines before purchasing tickets.

You hereby release Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok and the King Power Mahanakhon Co., Ltd. and their respective employees and agents from any loss or damage to you or your property that may occur even if caused by the neglect or fault of any one or more of those parties.

Tickets are void if altered and only valid for the date and time of entry as stated on this ticket. Please retain the ticket throughout the entire visit.

Re-entry is not permitted. Tickets and any offer or promotion are not for re-sale, non-transferable, non-refundable and nonexchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.

Ticket prices may be varied at any time and no decrease in price shall entitle the ticket holder to any refund

The ticket holder agrees to a security screening for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, dangerous items or substances.

Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok may from time to time, without prior notice change the operating hours of the attraction, or any part of it temporarily, due to capacity or inclement weather, to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of our Guests. Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok is not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility.

Outside food, beverages and alcohol are not permitted, Guests who are observed to be under the influence of alcohol will be refused entry without any refund.

Restrictions apply regarding loose items on the Glass tray, including a restriction on the use of cameras and mobile devices.

Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok may, on demand, have access to photographs taken and video footage captured by you and request that certain photographs and/or footage are deleted if they are deemed to invade the privacy of or be offensive to other Guests and/or Team Members.

You are entering an area where photographs and videos are taken, entering the area is an acceptance that these photographs and videos might be used for marketing purposes by the Mahanakhon Skywalk Bangkok. You therefore agree that Mahanakhon SkyWalk may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok.

Guest personal data collected in connection with the purchase or issue of tickets will be held, processed and used in prudent and reasonable procedures to safeguard the data by Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok. The data collected will be used for registration and issuance of tickets and marketing of Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok facilities, services, special events and promotional activities.
